How to Customize and Navigate Pipeline Settings in Federal Compass

Understanding and customizing your pipeline settings can significantly enhance your team's ability to track opportunities and maintain alignment on internal processes.

In this tutorial, we will guide you through accessing and configuring pipeline settings for optimal performance.

Creating or editing pipeline stages is limited only to users with administrative privileges.

Pipeline Overview

In Federal Compass, each account has one shared pipeline accessible to all end-users. Pipeline stages are fully customizable, though templates are populated by default; a company can add and delete pipeline stages to align with internal stages.

Integrating pipeline stages is streamlined with the option to import them directly via an API connection. Federal Compass provides pre-built connections for seamless integration with popular CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring your team can work efficiently with the tools they already use.

  • Before deleting, ensure you move the opportunities to a fitting stage that aligns with your pipeline needs. If no appropriate stage exists, create one to accommodate these opportunities.
