How to Request Support or Submit Feedback

Follow these steps to request support or provide feedback in the Federal Compass platform:

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  1. Log in to your Federal Compass account.
  2. Click the question mark icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
    1. A dialogue box will appear for you to describe your issue or choose to contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) via email or phone.
                                               

Step 2: Provide Necessary Information

  1. Describe your issue or feedback clearly, including specific details about your actions, observations, and any error messages.
  2. After entering all necessary information, click the Submit button.
