Getting Ready for the Connection
To proceed with the setup, ensure you have the necessary access permissions in Federal Compass and Salesforce. You will need to have admin access to both solutions.
Steps to Connect Federal Compass to Salesforce
1. Access Integration Services: In Federal Compass, navigate to “Platform Settings” and select "Integration Services." If not visible, contact Federal Compass support to activate this feature.2. Connect to Salesforce: Click “Connect to Salesforce” in the Salesforce Connector section. Enter your Salesforce login details when prompted to authenticate the connection.
