Efficiently managing your sales opportunities is crucial for maintaining a productive process. Follow this guide to seamlessly add and update opportunities in your pipeline using two available methods.
Option 1: Using the Opportunity Search
1. Navigate to Opportunity Search:
- Click on the Opportunities tab in the navigation bar.
- Select Opportunity Search to begin.
2. Add or Update Pipeline Stage from Opportunity Profile:
- Examine the results from the opportunity search and select an opportunity that interests you.
- Click on the chosen opportunity to view its detailed profile.
- After reviewing the details, navigate back to the Summary section.
- Click on Pipeline Stage/Status, and choose the appropriate stage for this opportunity.
Option 2: Using the Pipeline View
1. Access the Pipeline View:
- Click Actions, which is located in the upper right corner.
- Select Pipeline View from the dropdown menu.
- Click the arrow to view all the opportunities in your pipeline.
- While examining the opportunities, you can adjust the pipeline stage at any point by clicking on Pipeline Stage/Status and choosing the appropriate stage.
