# How to Add Opportunities to Lead Lists

## Lead List provides email notifications of updates from contracting officers. This guide walks you through adding opportunities to a lead list.

### **Steps to Add an Opportunity to a Lead List**

1. Find the Opportunity
   
     - Navigate to the **Opportunities** tab in the top navigation bar.
     - Select **Opportunity Search** and locate the opportunity you want to add.
     - Ensure your search is in **Card View**.

2. Add the Opportunity 
     - On the opportunity's card, locate the three icons next to the opportunity title.
     - Click the **circuit icon** (which says Add to Lead List when hovering over).
     - Select the lead list you want to add the opportunity to.
     - Once selected, the opportunity is immediately added-no need to save.

3. Remove an Opportunity from a Lead List 
     - If you need to remove the opportunity from a lead list, click the **circuit icon** again.
     - Uncheck the lead list you previously selected.
     - The opportunity will be removed from that lead list immediately.
4. Confirm the Opportunity was Added  
     - The assigned lead list name will appear on the left side of the opportunity card, above the contracting agency.
     - If the opportunity is in multiple lead lists, all assigned lead lists will be displayed.
     - You can also confirm the opportunity was added by navigating to your lead list (see the next section).

### **Managing Lead List**

- To view or manage your lead lists: 
    - Click the **circuit icon** on an opportunity card and select **Manage Lead Lists** at the bottom.
    - Or, go to **Pipeline** \> **Saved Searches & Lead Lists**, then select **Lead Lists** to see all created lists.
    - Once you click into a specific lead list, you will be taken to the opportunity search page displaying all opportunities linked to that list.

Lead list names cannot be edited after creation. If you need a different name, you must create a new lead list.
